- Looking after wealth management operations of Singapore, Malaysia and UAE Market along with the team- Dealing with various instruments like Equities, Bonds- Waiving off commission for priority client classes- Running reconciliation of trades in US, EU & APAC regions- Inputting trades manually which have failed in demat form- Changing Place of Settlement for few trades which have restrictions when traded in certain geographies- Removal/Addition of few taxes & other market charges picked up in the reconciliation-Communicating with the counter-party incase there are any combined trades or split trades-Making Telegraphic Transfers

Was part of biggest media team of Department of Commerce, which consisted of 20-25 odd photographers. Team coordinated very well and covered all the events which was conducted by the club at both intra& inter college level.

As an active member of media team my tasks included making content for the DOC MUNs social media handles, collaborating with other fellow team members in making the after-movie, behind the scene videos and also covering the debates which were happening in the various committees conducted by the club

- Worked on various reconciliations trackers of various items like consultancy fees, sales incentives, bank statements, and cash book reconciliation - Worked on the payroll data and the company's own ERP 'Miles Force' to reconcile the receivables- Closely worked with internal auditors on the analysis of various process improvements in the internal controls established by the company and on the process gaps where the company needed the controls to be implemented- Analysed the marketing spending on various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn- Worked on Statutory Compliance & Fixed Asset Register- Performed 3-way reconciliation for a few items using data from bank records, cash book records, and data in QuickBooks (software used by the company for maintaining data)

As a Human Resource Intern my tasks included posting about the vacancies in the organization on various social media platforms and hiring the right applicants for the post of Business Development Associates and training them in achieving the day to day tasks and reporting their performance to my senior authorities
