I was on the ground working on sophisticated mission-critical aircraft systems and up in the sky with our flight crew as a Flight Engineer.Achieved an 80% mission readiness at all times by managing a team of 20 technicians and complex electronic and avionics systems for three electronic warfare aircraft procured from France.• Designed integration solutions for electrical and avionics aircraft interiors and system components• Performed modification, repair/replacement of various systems, flight-line troubleshooting, functional checks and (un)-scheduled maintenance keeping up with a demanding flight schedule • Created specifications, schematics (in Altium), technical instructions and test/certification reports• Took ownership of developing SOPs for the reconfiguration of aircraft • Established maintenance work tasks for timely Airworthiness directives • Regulated aircraft systems including electrical, fuel, pneumatic and hydraulics• Debugged various electronics hardware equipment and devices such as Garmin Aviation GPS• Forecasting analysis of unserviceable spare parts resulting in significant cost savings

This is by far one of the most interesting jobs I've ever had where I worked with advanced technologies to control the electromagnetic spectrum.Successfully deployed an Italian-based electronic support/counter measures (ESM/ECM) system comprised of a powerful radar/jammer for automatic surveillance and real-time signal processing. • Supported the Air Force's 2020 Modernization Roadmap by researching for future investments in wireless communications and data linking to enhance EW capabilities• Streamlined the RF design process and PCB layouts using Altium Designer• Developed models for electronic countermeasures (ECM) • Worked with Software Defined Radio (SDR) for encrypted voice and data communication in VHF and UHF frequency band• Created documentation for other EW solutions including electronic field telephones, broadband antennas and power sources• Provided analysis of electronic intelligence (ELINT) gathered by the use of electronic sensors• Deployed radar warning receiver systems to detect the radio emissions for threat assessments• Intercepted enemy communication networks using electronic jamming, radar spoofing, pulse compression and frequency hopping

Successfully deployed the road-mobile system for 24/7 capabilities across the nation’s remotest regions via airlift into transport aircraft and ground mobility.• Led the able team of technicians of 50 to Prevent, Isolate and Rectify any fault arises in the operationalisation of the complete weapon system• Pin point test the analog and digital PCB cards on the bench to isolate and rectify the fault before switching over to spares• Prepared specifications for the development, integration and testing of ongoing system upgrades• Managed military grade radios connectivity for data link connectivity over voice and data within both the C and X band radars• Conducted Quaterly, Bi-Anually and Anually defect trend analysis and present infront of complete manpower as a corrective as well as preventive measures to be taken to ensure the max utilisation of the system by ensuring the highlest level of Quality Assurance• Passing radar data through to the secured network system of Pakistan Air Force so that it can be seen by the top tier with other sensors in the area• Scheduled Quaterly, Bi-annually and annually inspections for the missiles used in the missile launchers, missile launchers, the hydraulics of the radar system for mast lifting and lowering and the hydraulic and electrical legs for the both C and X band radar systems in case of any contingency arises. • Designed cables and specified wiring lists• Performed prediction analysis of desired target signals based on the real-time extraction, analysis and tracking of radar signals
