-First Bangladeshi and Muslim Woman President to lead the conference-Created the first all-woman executive board in the history of HMCME, advancing gender equity and representation.-Launched the first Directors of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) roles to embed these values in the conference's core operations.

-Facilitated the registration and travel arrangements for 204 delegates across 18 schools and 10 countries including South Korea, Jordan, Greece, and Saudi Arabia. -Acted as the primary point of contact between more than 25 faculty advisors and the conference team, addressing any concerns or issues that arose before and during the event.

With so many different cultures and ethnicities in the world, it is easy to become intimidated and stick to what we know best. For the Culture was created to educate Renaissance High School's student body about languages, foods, and cultures they otherwise would have known nothing about. It is a four week program that samples different parts of the world and brings them onto the desks of students.

In this fellowship, participants were given political leadership training to learn how to run for office and shadow state representatives and senators. Participants were also given the task to design and execute a group community action project. The project created by this cohort was Mind Over Matter. This project aimed to educate the community of Detroit about mental health and exhibit resources to those who needed them.
