During my time in Alpha Xi Delta, I have worked with numerous girls from diverse backgrounds making connections and friendships while also planning and organizing events. I recently became COB Director, assisting girls who missed out on the formal recruitment process still find their home in a sorority during the spring and fall semesters. I strive to make all girls feel welcome and included when stepping foot into our home. I plan weekly dates to meet and get to know new girls. I also am working on two COB events that will host up to 60 individuals. - Served over 100 individuals at the Mac & Cheese with Alpha Xi’s event to donate proceeds to the library of Horace Mann Elementary School - Arranged over 15 coffee and lunch dates after this spring recruitment and will continue to do so to welcome in new girls who are interested in working with the community, finding new friends, and focusing on their academics

During this job, I learned how to effectively communicate with customers while also resolving issues as they arose. I was able to keep organized and formulated when recording all transactions. I found fulfilling achievement in accommodating and assisting the needs of customers. I thoroughly enjoyed learning new tasks and working my way to complete them individually. I was also able to make great connections with customers and coworkers. - Processed daily client transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, money transfers, and loan payments - Accurately maintained a record of each transaction and ensured paperwork was in correct placement and order- Assisted in halting and protecting an individual from getting involved in a massive scam
