I am a damages expert with a particular interest in industries that have a potential to bring a positive change to humanity, including space and blockchain. My experience in forensic accounting and damages covers a wide array of matters within the aerospace and defence (including space), technology, financial services, oil and gas, logistics, retail, mining, precious metals, construction and energy sectors. I have worked on matters with damaged ranging between $10 million and $2 billion in size, and I have worked on a wide variety of matters, both international arbitrations in various forums (LCIA, ICC, ICSID, SCC, PCA, SIAC) and litigations (UK High Court, Swiss courts). My languages (Ukrainian, Russian and French) allow me working with my clients seamlessly, as well as having an insider perspective as to the intricacies of commercial relationships in the Central and Eastern Europe jurisdictions. I am also passionate about understanding the clients' needs and working through technical complexity to deliver clear practical problem-focused results. In addition to acting as a no2 to testifying experts on over 40 cases, I have also been instructed as the named expert both in arbitration and litigation on a number of occasions.
