The volunteers of DoNation include a network of highly passionate youth who with innovation coupled with a desire to make an impact, spearhead various campaigns to promote the welfare of the underprivileged class. Instead of having the focal point on a particular shortcoming, the activities of DoNation range from countering hunger to spreading education. We have a team of more than 100 active volunteers.Out of the various campaigns initiated by DoNation, some include:1. Fighting COVID-19 Campaign- In our attempt to curb the sufferings of the labour class, affected the most by the nationwide lockdown, we collected funds from the pocket money and savings of the youth all across the country and distributed food relief kits to more than 1000 families. In total we could raise 6.5 lakhs INR. For this particular initiative, we were recognised by the United Nations Major Group for Children and Youth. 2. Dream Library Project- To uplift the education sector and to ensure reusability of old books, we had initiated the dream library project. Our success can be gauzed from the very fact that we have been successful in establishing potent libraries in many government schools.3. Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign- Through this project, we aimed to create awareness on health and menstrual hygiene along with sociological and environmental issues, and removing the stigma associated with menstruation among rural adolescent girls. We supplied sanitary napkins and made the people aware about importance of sanitation.Our partnership with the Government of West Bengal, along with the constant support from corporates, individual donors, and well wishers, have helped us expand our operations in 10 Indian cities

• As an intern in the FMA team, set-up the process for generating and reporting various MIS relating to revenue, margin, utilization and monitoring of upcoming business pipeline for certain sub-service lines within FS Risk consulting practice. Presented the MIS to the sub-service line partners weekly working groups and fortnightly Operating committee• Automated multiple manual processes involved in generating and reporting MIS, resulting in 60% reduction in total effort required, mitigation of operational risks involved with manual processes and improvement in lead time required in generating the MIS reports• Helped in improving revenue days for certain sub-service lines by 21% by streamlining the process of generating invoices, follow-up process with client and overall payment collection process• As part of the training, completed certified courses in Investment Banking, credit approval and underwriting and basics of risk management ( market risk and credit risk)• Project managed training bootcamp for 35 new joiners which contributed towards identification of the training courses, skill mapping, maintaining score cards throughout the training, organsing mentor/SME led training sessions and monitoring progress of all the web based learning sessions as a part of the bootcamp

I was selected as the Earth Ambassador for a Green Revolution Program recognised by the UNFCCC and the Government of India. The program aimed at extending awareness about Climate Change and its effects. We conducted workshops, seminars and different activities to give the youth a better insight concerning climate change issues

With the aim to “radiate knowledge” and provide a learning experience to the youth of North Bengal, TEDxYouth@Uttorayon was organised. We had a team of 12 members. Traversing many ups and downs as a team, we were finally able to get 5 distinguished speakers on board including the former Chief Economic Advisor to the Government of Maharashtra.The event was a success and was received well by the entire community.
