• Acted as a trusted advisor to key clients, building client understanding of change concepts, recommending leading-practice approaches and tools, and providing coaching on the development of change management materials• Contributed to the system design of a global, leading-practice change management tool, collaborating with UX/UI and system developer experts to embed change management methodologies into the solution, including leading the implementation of the tool at a top Australian education client.• Delivered end-to-end change management support, from the development of change strategies, impact assessments and communications, to leading engagement sessions and targeted 1:1 client sessions to accelerate and embed transformation at a leading Australian telecommunications client. • Lead multiple workstreams as a Scrum Master, developing a deep understanding of client needs to provide both change management and agile sprint planning alongside execution support in Jira/Jira Align.• Oversaw junior team members to develop and implement a suite of change management playbooks to uplift client change management capability, managing timelines and client requirements to provide detailed guidance and feedback to team members.

Project experiences have included:• Assisted the development and execution of change management strategies and implementation plans for a large-scale technology transformation at one of Australia’s largest broadcasting commissions. • Lead the development of a detailed change impact assessment across various stakeholder groups, roles and geographies, working with cross-capability teams and client SMEs to deeply understand key changes and create a tailored, data-driven change management experience. • Analysed change impact and engagement data to track readiness and adoption, summarising high-level insights and trends to inform adjustments to the change management approach. • Oversaw the implementation of a change network program, developing artefacts and communications to support client leaders to drive leader-led transformation across the organisation. • Collaborated with key clients and senior business leaders to playback insights and refine change collateral to create a human-centric transformation experience tailored to each area of the organisation.
