- I worked collaboratively with Finance and Analytics Engineers teams, playing a pivotal role as a Data Analyst II, focusing on controller topics and bridging Finance stakeholders with Engineering to develop solutions ensuring the functionality of financial products within our structure.- Developed automations that significantly optimized manual processes and reduced costs, utilizing various platforms and programming languages. For instance, creating a data pipeline performing ETL processes (SQL and Python), generating customized data crucial for monthly accounts receivable closures.- Alongside the FinOps and Quality teams, I implemented SQL-based structures that notably shortened analysis times and enhanced data quality and reliability using platforms like Metabase, Superset, and Databricks.- Crucially, I structured a comprehensive financial database encompassing all revenues and expenses, supporting program managers and the finance department through reports, numerical analyses, and database curation to facilitate decision-making.- As part of the data team, I engaged in meetings with Engineering to discuss data integration solutions, enhancing my technical proficiency in APIs, Airflow, AWS, data ingestion, and other data frameworks.- Actively contributed to query migrations across diverse platforms, demonstrating adaptability in challenging technical environments, ensuring data integrity and maintaining efficiency across different languages.

- I develop data solutions for the logistic delivery business team, as sandbox’s creations and automations using Python and SQL in Databricks for the reason of the necessities to use other platforms like Google Sheets, Databricks and Tableau;- Create and manage dashboards and reports to the identify problems in their source cause on Tableau and Databricks;- Responsible for the financial losts in delivery logistic and non-payment customers, giving insights, proposing new improvements and discussions based on the data extracted.- Implemented the data documentation in the business team, bringing more accuracy to keep information’s safe and to share to others team. This project brings a good visibility for the team because was the first business team that think in data documentation in logistic;- Looking for the team independence, I started to give SQL and Python lessons for the logistic structure. As a result of this project, our team now is able to make their own queries and extract their data quickly to find solutions for the issues that they need to solve.

- I used to elaborate data project for whole CX teams using Databricks and visualizations with Tableau and DataStudio. Not only but also automations projects using SQL/Python on Databricks platform from Google Cloud due to some datasets that were in Google Sheets. Consequently it reduced a considerable time in analysis;- As a result of these projects, we made dashboards of accompaniment with all customer metrics were the company used to use for the whole hierarchical levels. This dashboard was made based on Storytelling lessons;- I used to lead discussions with Data Engineers and Data Science teams about these metrics defined by our analytics team, ensuring that our database was always line up with the strategy;- We accomplished the follow-up indicators based on Databricks querys and we had autonomy to conduct and introduce new proposals or adaptions in projects and products;- We support all CX Management team with customer data;- Even more in this team, we took care of financial costs of all CX Management, transforming data in apportionment for the units of this structure;- In addition, I used to implement new business rules together with stakeholders (Business Units) and PM’s (Product Managers), ensuring that all metrics and data be always reliable and updated.
