Optionlogy is a Fintech product providing automated trading and market analysis in the futures & options segment to 60K+ traders. As the CTO, I:- Developed distributed systems and scalable real time systems using languages such as GoLang, Kafka & NodeJs- Managed a tech team of 5 people providing them with architectural design, technical guidance and PR reviews- Developed a clean, intuitive & bug free user interface with streaming analytics using NextJS, ReactJS, WS, Figma- Ideated with non tech members, ways to enhance the product, attract customers, boost revenue, and achieve product-market fit, then turned these ideas into technical designs and implementation plans for the team- Worked with databases & caching layers such as redis and elasticsearch for fast & scalable trading & analysis

Led by ex-Binance folks, GreeX was an early stage Crypto CEX, aimed at making crypto options easier and accessible- Managed a tech team of 3 people to implement core parts of the product and facilitating a product roadmap- Created architecture and implementation plan for highly efficient distributed systems for exchange related activities using languages such as C++ & GoLang- Led the implementation of an easy and sticky gamified options interface with Telegram wallet & TONConnect integration- Ideated risk & liquidation & developed plans for overcoming technical challenges involved in running an exchange

- Interacted with CTO and leadership to discuss product plans and provided timelines, suggestions & blockers- Implemented features such as AI Cover Art using NextJs, Prisma, OpenAi & Stability SDXL APIs, tRPC and S3- Developed new internal flows for payment processing for multi-country users using Stripe + Razorpay- Fixed UX flows and bugs throughout the platform, reducing customer churn significantly- Ideated with leadership on new venues within the platform such as Label platform and Manager View

- Developed data pipelines for ETL & mission critical analytics of US healthcare sector companies.- Worked with big data and created statistics to find insights & metrics that helped these clients deliver better healthcare.- Resolved product level issues and integrated features, reducing the time taken in getting multiple teams involved.- Interacted with the clients regularly for updates, feedback, as well as relationship building.

-Collaboratively configured about 60-70% of the backend of the mobile app on AWS using AWS Amplify-Set up GraphQL APIs, lambda functions and push notifications in a period of less than one month.-Created, improved and worked on various screens with my team in the app using react-native.-Proactively developed and suggested user interface and app security related ideas to the management which were implemented.

-Collectively conceived & refined a successful business model & identified potential ROI. -Managed and executed all business functions including planning, vendor management,customer acquisition and retention, full stack technology deployment and finances. -Single handedly developed the website of rearslash.com with an omni-channelpresence using bootstrap, WordPress, PHP, HTML5 + CSS3 and JavaScript.-Engaged 100+ people within a week and onboarded more than 20% at the initiallaunch with a website traffic of more than 1000 visits per day of favourable demographic.
