- Facilitated collaboration with teams from VMware and Ad Victoriam to migrate all organization data from the GSuite to Salesforce, resulting in a reduction of 60% of time spent on manual data entry - Identified key stakeholders and participated in regular meetings with VMware and Ad Victoriam teams, as well as provided information during the Discovery phase on HoPe’s internal processes for mapping. - Administered all Google applications and Constant Contact, where the data was updated on the Hope Network as well as the upkeep and cleansing of data before it was imported to Salesforce.

Worked as a Team Lead for the Audio and Visual Services Department of Georgia Tech- Composed documentation on the “as-is” system, process constraints, and system requirements to effectively create BPNM diagrams, user stories, and use cases - Led the team by establishing deadlines, proof-reading process documents, and initiating any correspondence with department engineers- Analyzed the current processes to identify pain-points and accordingly recommended new strategies to the AV Team. - Developed a system prototype to simulate functionality with stakeholders, using the Agile project methodologies, the implementation of our automation recommendations led to a 40% reduction in configuration times.
