I am a BA in Criminology graduate from the University of Florida (UF) with a strong foundation in the study of crime and justice. Building upon this foundation, I am currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Entrepreneurship at UF, where I am harnessing my knowledge and skills to bridge the gap between law and innovative business solutions.In my current leadership role as an MSE (Master of Science in Entrepreneurship)Ambassador, my goal is to promote innovation within our class through various initiatives.I work with a team of other MSE ambassadors to develop budget outlines for projects to provide our class of 20 individuals a unique and fulfilling experience throughout their time in the program. I feel confident in my current leadership position due to my seven-year tenure as the Captain of the Coconut Creek Police Explorer program. This program has allowed me to develop essential leadership and problem-solving skills while actively contributing to the community's safety. In 2022, I had the honor of leading our team to a first-place state championship in our annual Law Enforcement competition. Moreover, my role as a Captain on our UF Women's Club Volleyball team directly intertwines with building a dedicated team, promoting effective communication, and fostering leadership on and off the court. These are just some of the skills I am confident will carry over into my experience in the workforce. These experiences have given me a diverse skill set in facilitating innovation, leadership,teamwork, and communication.
