As a Manager and Executive Assistant to the Consulting Lead in Hamburg I was responsible for growing out KPMG’s Consulting business i.e. through KPMG's Consulting Quarterly client workshops on our latest solutions for a future proof organisation. Furthermore I lead the delivery at clients across various industries and sizes and support existing and new clients with Digital and Finance Transformation. My experience includes conceptual and technology delivery as well as project and programme management in national and international setups in teams up to 60 consultants. In addition I was in charge of sales targets, business development, and supervising as well as growing the Consulting team in the northern region.

As an Assistant Manager at KPMG I worked on EPM and BI projects at clients from the FMCG sector and Pharma industry being responsible for and owning work streams or functionalities. Main objectives were to improve transparency and decision making through better Stakeholder and Management Information (MI) design and system development based on various tools.Next to this I was part of a maturity assessment based on KPMGs Business Intelligence framework reviewing the IT Controlling at a German retailer.

I started my professional career at Ernst & Young’s Consulting practice. In the first years I was mainly involved in GRC (governance, risk and compliance) projects. Besides this I conducted IT Audits in context of annual audits at various companies and tested the correctness of the IT environment through IT general controls as well as process controls (i.e. SOX). Furthermore I performed mass data analyses and validations in context of Journal Entry Testing (JET). During this time I fostered my knowledge on IT service management (ITIL certification) and IT infrastructure (TOGAF certification)
