- Oversee all managers (includes scheduling, on-boarding, monitoring practice flow, guiding research, completion of scouting reports)- Carried out a formal 2-month hiring process to bring in 8 new individuals to add to the staff- Create Player Development Plans- Assist coaches with day-to-day baseball operations: In charge of set up and tear down from practice, organize and execute drills with players.- Operate Trackman, BATS!, HITrax, Rapsodo, Edgertronic, and BLAST to assist in player development and team strategy- Catch bullpens, hit fungos, and throw batting practice- Create scouting report templates

 Assist in day-to-day operations such as: organizing and leading drills, setting up and tearing down equipment for practice, field maintenance, and keeping statistics with the systems listed below: Operate Trackman, BATS, and HitTrax during showcases, practices, and games Facilitate in coordination of high school prospect showcases and camps of 100+ athletes by organizing and leading drills, giving facility tours, selling merchandise, tracking data, umpiring and announcing during games

 Managed the Palm Spring Collegiate League and the Palm Springs Power clubhouse’s daily operations Distributed and coordinated equipment for over 300 athletes in both the Palm Springs Collegiate League and the Palm Springs Power  Oversaw two assistants while collaborating with over 40 staff members on a daily basis
