As an intern consultant,my role consisted of helping them with rebuilding a client’s payment system. The client payment structure was consolidated and a new one was created to help them create efficiency. The new system helped reduce the payment categories significantly for the client.

In my capstone course for the University of Calgary, my team and I consulted for Enbridge’s supply chain Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) process. We helped categorize spend into a spend cube to see what the categories were in their MRO. We researched all types of sourcing and we developed a procurement strategy to allow them to cut costs and increase operational efficiency.

As part of the class, my team and I had to help an actual client with their IT solutions. The course focuses on Enterprise Analysis, and my team had to provide a client with an IT solution to a problem they were facing as well as model the enterprise architecture of the solution. My team had to design a solution that was within the client’s budget while also determining the necessary features that would be required for the client to be satisfied with the end product.
