I was responsible for Strategic global Resource Planning in terms of Capacity & Capability; Develop and maintain the global skill structure through the Competency Management; Global Talent Management; Drive L&D and selected OE/ OD initiatives across all countries, specially creating collaborative, inclusive and high performance culture; Ensure change management readiness; Foster Collaboration across functional communities; Global Employee Opinion/ Experience surveys; Set up a Global Learning Academy at India - Design of international technical & ‘soft skills’ training programs; Manage Global Internships across US and Europe; Manage Leadership development & transitions; Was part of merger integration team of SIS-Atos merger.
