Security Supervisor
Current• Performing safety and security patrols in designated communities in a mobile command station in our highly outfitted vehicles.• Also, as boots on the ground protecting a specified site.• Providing transportation to the local hospital for treatment of injured members and guests.• Overseeing the approach, deployment, and execution of the most sensitive investigations, and informing the ELT and SOC members as needed.• Maintaining liaison with legal, contracts and facility departments in the pursuit of company and corporate security compliance.• Conducting ongoing reviews of all security policies, programs, and practices, external and internal, to keep the company.. Interviews, hires, and trains security staff.. Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards.. Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, procedures, and related safety and security topics.
