Guided all major project reviews (plot plan, 3D model, HAZOP, constructability, and capital efficiency / cost reduction workshops), completing under budget and ahead of schedule to allow early construction start. Conducted technical and commercial bid evaluations for all major equipment purchases. Supervised all quality inspection activities including factory acceptance tests (FATs) and resolution of non-conformance reports (NCRs). Reviewed and approved all technical deviations, project changes, and engineering risk assessments. Directed follow-on engineering (RFI resolutions, field modifications), supporting construction.
