As Assistant Manager I am responsible for marketing operations. I use current trends in marketing to create unique graphics for our social media to reach new clients and promote our tutoring services. I am also responsible for ensuring tutoring sessions are scheduled and conducted, gathering client feedback about the overall effectiveness of sessions, and practicing professionalism to lead by example

I have provided over 220 personalized tutoring sessions across courses including Finite Mathematics, Data Analytics, Accounting II, Microeconomics, and Survey of Calculus. All students receiving weekly tutoring have obtained A grades in the courses of focus. Working with college students is extremely rewarding because I have gained adept knowledge of different learning styles, which I apply in my own journey as a passionate learner.

Throughout my Internship, I collaborated with Advisory professionals in daily meetings to craft a data strategy for a global engineering company, involving software research, insights preparation for client stakeholders, and internal strategy workshops. To develop a data strategy, I helped conduct client interviews to research strategies to enable widespread accessibility to data-driven insights. After our research, I partook in the planning of a 3-day client workshop in London, UK, that aimed at assessing the current state of our clients IT department to outline future objectives for internal technology.

During this 3-day program, I shadowed SAP Developers at Tyson, acquiring insights into the adept utilization of ERP systems that underpin achievements at the world's second largest meat processing enterprise. I observed and learned from an SAP + Core Solution Architect, comprehending the synergy between analytical programs and ERP systems in automating key business operations.

As a cashier, I achieved sales of over 150 car wash memberships through effective communication of product and service benefits to customers. I frequently contributed diverse management ideas to enhance customer interactions, emphasizing a positive impact. To enhance our ability to analyze membership sales, I developed a monthly data collection document, that helped in facilitating discussions in meetings regarding potential months for promotional pricing strategies.
