I oversee our teams in India, the US, & beyond as the second-in-command. I'm involved in strategy and operations, and I also write (+ do exclusives) on the side.

With interview rights, I mainly covered shows and movies: in Hollywood, the UK, and Australia, and awards shows such as EGOTs and BAFTAs.

Having stepped down from my earlier role, I continue contributing occasional features and thinkpieces to the website.

I run the editorial process, working closely with our founder to build this fledgling publication. I write opinion pieces and features, conduct interviews, and lead a team that empowers queer and/or marginalized writers and artists.

I spruced up news articles so that they were short but accurate. I have also covered breaking stories, and I have dabbled in different genres like entertainment, fashion, business, and hard news.

I focused on writing on and spotting new trends. I covered events like the budget and elections, as needed, and wrote web stories before we had a dedicated web team. Doing many interviews during my tenure helped me connect better with readers.

I created informative videos that kept audiences hooked. I also wrote scripts for news anchors at India Today TV, which took down complex and newsy subjects to their base forms.

Besides writing articles to inform and inspire young readers, I took photos, did interviews, and attended meetings. This experience helped me realize how a newsroom works, quite early on.
