Current- Monitoring empty containers discharge from jetty to container yard and laden containers load to jetty- Monitoring loading process of containers that should be loaded on each shipment schedule- Preparing loading list and inspection list for on-site workers for their guidance in containers dicharge and load process- Monitoring and coordinating with operational team to keep track on containers discharge from and load into the barge- Coordinating with on-site workers to ensure smooth containers movement, minimizing downtime of equipment and monitoring them to work as per schedule given- Monitoring shipment arrival schedule and preparing discharge equipment availability- Conduct stock opname to synchronize container inventory data- Recap and analyze container inspection results and coordinate with other related parties to ensure smooth stuffing process- Recap and analyze terminal's discharge and load performance and minimizing the downtime in the process-Ensuring containers load and discharge stowage and the accuracy of total loaded and discharged containers
