1. Planned and designed 2 assessment projects to investigate 2 topics about Educational Technology and AI on Campus with the aim to enhance the student experience.2. Created 2 qualitative reports with factual statistics gained from interviewing 4 focus groups virtually with more than 30 participants.3. Assisting the International Programs & Partnerships (IPP) of the Bowling Green State University (BGSU) with training, helping, and accommodating over 750 first-year international students. I, along with the team, desire to make international students of BGSU feel BGSU like "their second home". Moreover, I also participated in designing and implementing IPP's campaigns, policies, volunteers, and activities to enhance the engagement of the international students with BGSU.

Along with Co-founders and Presidents, strategically lead a Chapter of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) at Bowling Green State University. Specific tasks including:1. Assisting the Director of Marketing and Communication in composing and sending Member Newsletter.2. Conducting plans and strategies for the chapter operation.3. Supervising internal operation by keeping track of work progress of other director.4. Shadowing and delegating Presidents when needed.5. Assisting and counselling other members in completing their tasks.

1. Organize and host recruiting events for the Peer Leader program.2. Create, run, update, and manage the applicants and members of the Program.3. Organize and host, along with other executive members, training events for new 16 Peer Leaders, including brainstorming, presenting and creating wrap-up quiz after each training session. 4. Update and notify members who missed the training sessions, including recapping the training session and answering questions. 5. Brainstorm ideas for recruiting new members via many channels such as social media, ads on TV screens, posters, tabling, emailing, etc. 6. Collaborate effectively with other Head of Communication and Strategy to know what should be improved on based on surveys.

I, along with other Peer Leaders and Executive members, have assisted over 500 first-year Business major students in transiting into college life at Bowling Green State University. We usually support our Peer Mentees with answering questions relating to in-class assignments, helping them engage in the dynamic college life, and identify multiple helpful resources for them to succeed at Bowling Green State University.

As one of the Executive board members of the Vietnam Student Association (VSA) at Bowling Green State University, I desire to introduce to all international students and faculty about the Vietnamese's cultural beauty by celebrating our vividly traditional events. Below are my current duties for this role: 1. Support the President in their duties and responsibilities.2. Assume the President's duties in their absence or as delegated.3. Took responsibilities in 3 main fields: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Engagement. 1. Talent Acquisition: Initiated fully recruitment process to hire 3 positions of the Company (Intern, Executive, Assistant Manager)2. Learning & Development: Participated in planning and organizing 2 training events with the the attendance of over 30 senior managers and over 20 employees3. Engagement: Was the planner of the GO! Rubik Competition, a contest that sought for the faster Rubik's player of the Property Business Unit. There were over 20 participants, including one member of the Board of Directors of the Business Unit.
