I alternate between restocking shelves in the shop and working as a cashier, depending on my shift schedule.

I joined the Haute Ecole Namur-Liège-Luxembourg Student Council as a member in December 2022.Directly, and in an active way, I got involved in the various student organisations and Student Council meetings to show my motivation to be on this council.In January 2023, I was given the opportunity to stand for the position of manager of the Haute Ecole's largest campus: I ended up being elected. This role required me to organise the various events taking place on my campus, to gather information about my campus that the Student Council needed, and to meet with my management when necessary. So I was the student representative for the IESN site on the Student Council.In June 2023, I was elected for a one-year term as Vice-President of the Hénallux Student Council. It was an enriching, rewarding and important period for me, as it enabled me to get heavily involved on behalf of students at a higher level. I was also part of several Haute Ecole bodies and councils during this period, and this enabled me to learn more about my Haute Ecole, how it works, and allowed me to be one of the important factors in its smooth running.Now, since July 2024, I have once again become an active member, allowing me to remain involved in the Student Council, while leaving the important places to new members with new ideas and wanting to show that they are capable of investing themselves for the students.

My role required me to be polyvalent.I had to welcome and redirect customers in the shop, as well as serve them at the bar.On top of that, I was in charge of customer service by telephone, as well as handing out orders to customers in shop.My final role was to act as a consumer credit intermediary for the shop, which required an FSMA-approved certificate in credit intermediation, which I was able to obtain in 2022 via Febelfin Academy in Brussels.

As an accrobranche instructor, my main role was to ensure the safety of customers on the site by coordinating with my colleagues to occupy the entire surface area, as well as in the event of interventions.I was also responsible for informing customers about the different activities available, as well as safety rules.These different responsibilities enabled me to strengthen my relationship with customers.
