CurrentAs Head of Agile Delivery at RSS, I am responsible for implementing and overseeing agile practices across the organization. My primary role is to ensure that our development, product, and project teams operate coherently, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. I strive to foster team engagement so they can reach their full potential.Development and Implementation of Agile Strategy:• Develop and execute a comprehensive agile strategy to enhance the organization's performance and responsiveness.• Define, promote, and integrate best agile practices tailored to our specific needs.• Restructure and clarify the objectives and activities of the agile team to ensure continuous improvement.• Organize and deliver training on topics such as conflict resolution, non-violent communication (NVC), product vision, story mapping, PI Planning workshops, extreme quotation, etc.Leadership and Coaching:• Lead, support and coach a team of Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and other agile leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.• Encourage the professional development of the team and promote a collaborative and positive work environment.• Support Product Managers and Product Owners providing support in backlog management, PI Planning preparation, and conducting story mapping and impact mapping workshops.• Work directly with teams to maximize value and improve efficiency.• Help managers identify and resolve communication breakdowns and operational issues within the BU.Continuous Improvement:• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of agile practices and identify improvement opportunities.• Implement feedbackloop to encourage innovation and operational excellence.Communication and Collaboration:• Serve as the primary point of contact for all agile-related matters within the organization.• Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure alignment and transparency.
