Duties/Responsibilities:-Collect the price offer from different suppliers, negotiate the price, prepare the comparative statement and finalize to import.-LC/LCAF form fill-up and submission to the bank for L/C opening.-Collect the cover note and policy from Insurance Company.-Check the draft L/C copies and follow up the L/C transmit procedure.-Communicate with C&F agent and follow up the procedure of releasing the goods from the customs.-Take delivery of goods from port to Warehouse.-Endorsement of shipping documents (Non-Negotiable/Original) from Bank.-Communicate with suppliers and their local offices to handle the shipment.-Maintain the stock for shipment planning.-Prepare the shipment schedule and provide the same to the supplier.-Preparing Inventory.-Stock Maintain Weekly & Monthly Basis.-Provide Customer Support.

Duties/Responsibilities:-Provide one-stop quality Customer Service over the phone to ensure a positive customer experience. -Proactively aware/inform the customer about products/services.-Sales through inbound contracts. -Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues/complaints and provide timely feedback. -Serve customer with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. -Maintained targeted Key Performance Index (KPI) on a regular basis.
