Project Manager for the deployment of Enable's Ultra Fast Fibre Broadband Network into the Christchurch Central City. In line with the rebuild and redevelopment efforts of CERA, CCC, and private developers.

As the primary point of contact for contractors, I ensured timely and accurate resolution of contract issues, scheduling, consent issues, and logistic requirements. I also ensured that network deployment during construction met required designs and installation and testing of network deployment was in accordance with specification.I was responsible for ensuring on-time deployment of the network and inspecting and measuring completed stages of deployment to ensure accuracy of billing and adherence to quality and deployment specifications.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I actively participated in ongoing development of network deployment standards, documentation, and process development. I also contributed to the development of new methods of deployment while maintaining a safe working environment for Enable Networks and its contractors.
