I have developed policies and strategies for a transformational new approach on how organizations collaborate to plan and govern the delivery of services in the new Modern Workspace world. My experience in policy and program development and evaluation has allowed me to assess strategic challenges of delivering and maintaining Modern Workspace infrastructure.Through my research, impact analysis, development of options and recommendation, and issue identification and management, I provide concise advice to senior management and staff through reports, presentations, and briefings.
