Recruiting and training successful leaders is crucial at Genesis Health Clubs. We are a growing organization. The ability to recruit sharp people and train them to lead cannot be understated. This means training them to sell gym memberships; leveraging personal training, amenities, and professional staff. This means mastering the art of overcoming objections etc. Selling is one skill, but leadership is a completely separate characteristic. ACM's must train sharp people in both areas. Overseeing a teams productivity consists of motivating each individual, casting a vision for them to follow, building a team identity and strong unification. This is intricate. Motivating a staff dealing with daily rejection is challenging. Casting a vision for them to follow requires dedication. Leading production by example is absolutely necessary. ACM's lead production from the front. Last, but definitely not least, ACM's take care of the gym. Routine club walks ensure equipment is working properly. Returning weights and other miscellaneous fitness gear to their proper place is important. Upkeep shows members we care about our facility. Locker room checks ensure toiletries are well stalked. Making sure our club is clean is important. The ACM role requires someone driven, dedicated, and patient. This person must produce producers. -
