We were the pioneers in our center implementing Continues Integration, Test Driven Development and following a strict alignment to the SDLC Testing Process.3) Creation, design and implementation of the “.NET Center of Expertise” for the Global Application Delivery Center in Mexico. Having as objective to integrate an experienced .NET team that would lead and manage all the .NET initiatives within our Global Application Delivery Center. The number of projects managed by this team increased 100% against the previous year. Also It was achieved a continue year after year increase on efficiency and productivity; only in the first year we had a 20% improvement and in the last year we had more than 30% increase in productivity.4) Implementation of “Service Delivery Model” as a pioneer in our Global Application Delivery Center. Structuring policies, defining processes and standards, and implementing IT development methodologies for the entire Center.
It Program Manager
1) Lead and manage the Assets Management initiative for IPG IT CT. This responsibility covered the definition of the go forward assets for IPG CT in Latin-America and the work associated for decommissioning and transitioning the different application under our domain. 2) Coordinate and lead the Run & Maintenance initiative for IPG IT CT. Under this responsibility I had to transition the entire local and “out of IT alignment” support services for the different applications around the world.
