• LOLMTP comprises of a train stabling yard/Depot yard for maintenance, repair and overhauling of Metro Trains and also included 23 different buildings of different purposes. • The Project comprised of building a train yard on an earthen embankment constructed from granular select fill to a height of 10m from bed level.• Performing the role of the bridge between Client, Consultant, Contractor and perform other duties assigned by Project Engineer and Project Manager.• Managing the whole site and maintain its record and solve the problem which was coming on site and check all Structural and Earthwork activities of 23 buildings check their IPC (Interim Payment Certificate).• Monitoring, Evaluation, Supervision and regular Inspection of Steel Structure, Road, Piles Work, Power Grid Station, Railway Track including Rail Track, Crossover, Turnout, Sleepers, Septic Tank, Overhead Head Water Tank, Fire Fighting Tank, Under Ground Water Tank, Sewerage Water Treatment, Water Well, Tube Well, Coffer Dam, Slope Protection Cable Duct, Cable Well, Fencing, Light Pole Foundation and Reinforced Earth Wall (MSE) panels Casting and Launching, Plumbing work, Water Leakage test of HDPE pipe, pressure test of UPVC and perform water leakage test of WASH of different 23 buildings.• Coordination with the site staff and maintain daily and Weekly Progress Report of the work of the Project.• Supervision of Safety of Labor on-site and take necessary steps about Dengue on site.
