§Coordination and scheduling of Customer Service Representative, Field Superintendents and an Office Staff along with assisting other Department Directors, Managers and General Office Staff to ensure complete customer satisfaction.§ Meet with and assist in resolving warranty issues.§Updating of daily and weekly reports to monitor the progress of the field staff.§Immense level of tolerance and the ability to handle multiple tasking with little to no supervision. Often acting as a sounding board for clients.§Responsible for the Department accounts payable and receivables. Maintain small job database and process payroll for the Accounting Department.§Answering incoming calls and data entry of warranty related requests.§Worked in Archived data warehouse retrieving documentation as requested. This would include a knowledge of legal documentation, the ability to read basic blueprints, contracts etc. Management of all records received into a physical location as well a software database.
