World Trade Center - Tower 2, 3, & 4 (New York, New York) - Acting Engineering Job Captain completing Interior Fit-Out job contract. Work with international architect and joint venture contractor to complete marquee project for Port Authority. Major scope items include glass floor assembly, glass balustrades, s/s fin tube enclosures with grills, aluminum and s/s panels, s/s column covers, s/s trimmed back-painted glass, and blast rated interior storefront.Brickell City Centre (Miami, FL) - Brickell City Centre is a $1.05 billion mixed-use development. Strategically located in the center of the Brickell financial district, this was the single largest project currently underway in downtown Miami at the time. Brickell City Centre is anticipated to bring a whole new level of urban living and sophistication to the area. Gamma responsibilities include design, fabrication, and installation of unitized glass curtain wall for (3) podium buildings and (2) office towers.

Joined the engineering team assigned to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (Cincinnati, OH) project,the companies largest project in terms on contract value to that date. Assisted in early die design before participating in the shop and fabrication drawing phases of the project. Produced glass and frit pattern drawings while working directly with the vendor's production team to ensure accurate delivery of project. Engineering schedule was shortened while adding tasks that did not move department milestone dates for project. Project maintained best engineering margin within the company during duration.

Created complete shop drawings including elevations, details, sections, and plans. Continued progress with shop drawings to develop shop fabrication and field installation instructional drawings. Managed other draftpersons time and schedule while reporting progress to project and engineering manager. Responsible for checking clarity and correctness of other draftspersons work prior to production release. Working with engineering draftspersons to better their understanding of our company and its systems to provide the most benefit to the employee and our department. Continued project involvement after engineering by working directly with project manager on pricing and ordering of required material. Responsible for bid takeoff on over 100 projects and worked directly with company sales manager to create project specific bid packages.
