This is based on the trend and rate of sale• Managing roughly 8,000 SKUs within my departments which combined contribute up to 30% of companies yearly sales• Monitoring the discontinued and Terminal stock, providing ways of reducing and exiting from risk lines• Planning the seasonal end sale for my departments and publishing the weekly results to the wider business while also monitoring the impact the sale is having to the buisness margin at overall, department and store level• Managing my departments on my range plans, forecasting and meeting the budgetary requirements.
