As Cink has evolved into an Innovation Center helping enterprises to discover and design new services and products, I am currently participating in the different stages of our Design Thinking process:· Conceptualization of new ideas· Design of a new product or service· Definition of the architecture and the specification of a final prototype· Implementation and deployment of that prototypeIn addition to those new roles, I have also assumed the following responsibilities at Cink:· Translation of business requirements into strategic technology terms and new services.· Conceptualization, analysis, design and development of web-based software products.· Research and development on web solutions, including social e-commerce solutions. Mainly working with PHP and JavaScript (Yii, Backbone, React, NVD3...). · Project management among multiple stakeholders and coordination of the IT team.· System administration, mainly based on RHEL and Ubuntu.· Amazon Web Services deployment and management.

· IT strategic consulting services· Implementation and delivery of software and hardware-based solutions· R&D on software technology

· Supervise and coordinate the service areas: traffic control, desktop MIS reporting· Negotiate and provide desktop & server support within agreed service standards for all faults occurring at the mentioned areas, in a 24x7 basis environment with on-call support out of office hours.· Liaise with local and regional resolver groups for problem management and escalation to meet regional problem management SLA’s and to automate processes to increase group’s efficiency· Analyze and identify areas were automation would increase efficiency· Ensure that Corporate CITMP and Security policies related to Server & Desktop platforms are followed· Quarterly preparation and review of TI RCSA’s (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) and internal audits· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional quality service· Help achieve and maintain productivity and quality objectives by their individual contribution to the BSC TI support group· Project management for new infrastructure required by the business/customers
