Foundational role in building out a new SaaS application using .NET Core microservices backend with Kubernetes and Azure services. Service providers joined Plumb and Square to form a strong business alliance. Responsible for all technology decisions relating to both systems and operations, the Service Providers team was asked to replicate their previous success with the intention of the installation program being national vs regional. Oracle had already been selected as the target platform and I was partnered with an Oracle consultant who essentially taught me how the system could work and we collectively attempted to replicate the levels of automation and ease of use we had achieved while at Service Providers. • Communicated with development teams, Product Owners, Product Management, and company leadership • Designed a hub & spoke infrastructure for 40+ locations to be rolled out over a two-year period. Established relationships with local technology vendors to provide implementation and support• Managed the implementation of Oracle E-Business suite using local Oracle consultants. Designed the workflow for processing service orders utilizing a highly customized Microsoft Solomon implementation, as well as several custom applications and reporting.
