About Aleksandr Gruzintsev
Hey there! I am software developer from Russia with a huge baggage of different experience, the main part of which is about map/navigation related products.First of all, I was Android Developer for two years in one of the best teams from our country, so I perfectly know Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, most of the popular frameworks, libraries and approaches in mobile development. Then I was Backend Developer on C++ in the same company, so I understand how to build high-loaded services, measure its quality, design efficient and useful API for mobile/web clients, implement and test tricky algorithms for solving real problems. Experience in SberAutoTech helped me to find a vision of how to build truly complex multilevel systems.I have a wide interest in technologies and sometimes spend my free time on private personal pet projects like air monitoring system based on sensors, microcontroller and messenger bot interface on Rust and android application with OpenGL basics on pure C++.At the same I have got an amazing overview of machine learning, data analysis and image processing approaches in university so I would mention experience in OpenCV and python frameworks (sklearn, numpy, pandas, jupyter).Currently I am applying all the experience to my current job — making Mapbox Navigation the best.
