This may include taking a customer's order, arranging a service call, or resolving a technical query by telephone. And when the issue cannot be dealt with at once, then arrange to call the customer back after getting more information. Therefore, ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory response.• Following outbound calls policies and procedure of contacting the cardholder to verify the transaction and advising the bank when cardholder confirmed fraud after the call.• Applying effective time organization by sending alerts to the bank instantly.• Ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner.• Having general knowledge of Visa/MasterCard policies and products information.
