I am a part-time student pursuing a BS in Bioinformatics at Brigham Young University while working full-time as a Salesforce Developer at Vivint Solar. My university education includes courses on computer programming (Java, SQLite, and C++), biology, and chemistry.Shortly after starting as a CAD Technician at Vivint Solar, I joined the training department at its inception and helped develop training materials and train new hires. I later joined the IT Service Desk team and began to specialize in supporting two in-house apps (for the site survey and installation teams) and Salesforce. I saw the need for a Tier II role to triage Salesforce issues before they reached the admin/dev team, so I focused on learning the Salesforce platform.
