Small family owned computer and laptop repair shop established in 1999 providing computer software and hardware repair services (including virus removal, maintenance, data recovery, upgrades, custom builds etc.). Also providing small business network installation, maintenance and support.Time at Call-Tech consisted of undertaking all roles within the business, providing assistance with the business owner to diagnose and tackle new problems that were faced daily. From repairing computers and laptops, interfacing with customers directly, to making call-outs to local businesses, each aspect of running a small business was undertaken by myself during my time at this business. It was only due to my advancement to university that I left the business, with many lessons learned and positive memories from the years.
