I am responsible for the building the core product suite of the startup – Metaverse SaaS product. - Built the Business Model through establishing the Problem-Solution fit. Ran research and customer interviews to establish market demand using Lean Startup principles.- Built the financial models & pitched the product along with CEO to secure funding. - Established the Product Vision, built the product roadmap and backlog for technical product development and R&D - Identified and worked with a tech partner to deliver key product capabilities - Built the Go-to-Market Strategy and closely working with Marketing to realise launch plans.
