As a Residential Assistant, I coordinate with Resident Heads and partner Residential Assistant to manage, supervise, and advise 100+ students throughout the school year. In addition, I design programming for 40+ events to appeal to a diverse student body, taking place across Chicago. On top of those events, I provide counsel to students and various student-run organizations on the arrangement of events for intramurals, inter-college events, speakers, and more.
