In the challenging triangular world of finance, compliance and (agile) project management, I act as the central team point for "technical raters" to establish and maintain sustainable corporate compliance in the area of ​export control.Airbus Helicopters has shown in the past some "gaps" in awareness between the actual (US) regulations and the given reality. This was a chance for me to put my triangular knowledge to the test in real life and improve it through teamwork and myself.As a senior technical rater for global trade and customs, I am responsible for initiating and implementing global trade requirements. ITAR in particular was one of my first projects at Airbus Helicopters.My 20-year track record as an experienced leader with extensive international knowledge in leading financial contract and project management and increasing operational efficiency is still ongoing.My experience can be summarized as follows: you should be efficient in order to be sustainable:Efficiency means doing things right.
