Working on a nitride electronics project focusing on the fabrication and characterisation of ohmic better quality ohmic contacts to epitaxial GaN. Getting experience in the cleanroom and photolithography using contact aligners, UV steppers, ICP-RIE plasma etching, and electron-beam evaporation.For more information: supreme.cornell.edu

Research in the Quantum Electronics sub-group of the Jena-Xing Lab. Got trained on PANalytical EMPYREAN Xray Diffraction machine, and AFM setups. Characterising samples grown by MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) in order to probe ways to create better quality films of Niobium Nitride. Applications include potential improvements in the fields of cryogenic computation, superconducting nanowires, and single photon detectors. Trained on PPMS (Physical Property Measurement System) for superconductivity and other cryogenic measurements. Getting training in CNF (Cornell Nanoscale Facility) and the cleanroom.

Planned and taught a 1-credit course ENGRG 1092 for 'MATH 1920: Multivariable Calculus for Engineers' (listed on the Cornell Class Roster) to a class of 25 individuals. Created assignments, gave planned lectures, graded and tracked progress of students on an individual level.
