- The ASEAN Living Room is a ground-up community initiative that seeks to provide ASEAN social impact activators a space for community, connections, and meaningful collaborations. Through our initiatives, we have successfully gathered high-impact social activators to form meaningful projects and collaborations across the region. As Founder, I successfully helmed TLR's continued impactful projects. These include retreats, well-attended webinars, penal sessions, targeted business matching, and mentoring. - Some of our successful projects include a well-attended focused ASEAN retreat for regional social entrepreneurs in Iloilo, Philippines, 2019; and the inaugural business forum for the heads of Myanmar ethnic states held in the warring state of Kachin, Myanmar in 2019. I managed and led all aspects of the conference. Further, I hosted groups of international VIP delegates including C-Suite Officers, Myanmar business leaders, and key political representatives (including a former United Kingdom Ambassador to Myanmar).

Lifesprings Group creates homely, cosy, and lively hospitality and F&B concepts that bring life to communities. We co-develop, experiment and operate food and hospitality brands and concepts with a focus on Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. - Founded, built, and managed the well-received Mediterranean restaurant, Hillcrest Grubs, Singapore. Hillcrest Grubs functioned as a gathering point for entrepreneurs and social impact activators. I successfully built, led, and managed the day-to-day team and operations.

Iloilo City, Philippines

Lifesprings Community Centre (now LS Training Centre) is a go-to get-away resort for Entrepreneurs in the heart of Iloilo City, Philippines.- As founder, I single-handedly helmed, conceptualised, and lead the establishment of Lifesprings Community Centre. Under my charge, I transformed a dilapidated premise of old Spanish houses into a full resort with accommodations, seminar rooms, training facilities, and food & beverage capabilities over 33 rooms, through 2,100sqm of space. - I was successful in establishing functioning self-sustaining teams with excellent standards, and with implementing systems most suitable and apt for local market conditions. Through my work, we successfully trained local Filipinos to meaningfully participate in the local economies through developing their market-ready skills.
