Our health food store for dogs and cats is concerned that most pet owners are misguided by the propaganda and false promotion that major pet food corporations propagate to sell their products and increase their profit margins. We define the poor ingredients of inferior pet food so that you can make an informed and educated decision about the foods you feed your pet. This includes “prescription” pet food. No matter what your animal’s malady, the best “prescription” for your pet is complete and healthy nutrition, not high profit margin bags of inferior ingredients. There is scientific research available that proves these corporations are producing pet foods that are not only severely unhealthy for animals to eat, but are not even designed for animals to digest properly. Nonetheless, this information is widely unknown by the general public.
