I was responsible for driving a significant portion of the customer acquisition process at Eagle Point Solar. This included everything from documenting electrical equipment on a dairy farm to generating financial models in the office. On average, I helped drive over $1.3 million worth of contracted photovoltaic and energy storage projects every year and referred over $100,000 of contracted projects.

Panama

I was primarily responsible for organizing and facilitating agro-forestry workshops that transferred new techniques 19 farmers. From there, I collaborated more deeply with 5 farmers who wanted to build a nursery for cacao seedlings. We grafted them with disease-resistant scions that were provided through a collaboration with Panama's Ministry of Agriculture, and hundreds of robust seedlings went to the participants to replace unproductive trees in their orchards. I also worked with community members in the areas of youth development, small business development, leadership development and English language skills.

I was primarily responsible for assisting in case management for incoming refugees from Myanmar and Syria. I gained a deeper understanding of the refugee resettlement process and the logistics of navigating the US welfare system, and also an appreciation for the value that immigrants bring to host countries.

I assisted the Senator's staff in management of constituent relations. My tenure with the office coincided with historic levels of political engagement during the 2011 Wisconsin Protests in which tens of thousands of state residents demonstrated at the Capitol. I was also accepted into the highly selective Senate Scholars Program which provides participants with a week-long behind-the-scenes exploration of the Wisconsin legislative process.
