Responsibilities:• Search for IT-candidates• Analyzing a list of key competencies for vacant positions• Recruiting and executive search;• Daily LinkedIn/Skype communication with potential candidates;• Using social and professional networking sites to identify and search candidates;• Pre-interviewing candidates, coordinating the process of technical screening;• Verifying references;• Feedback providing;• Updating of database of candidate
