Current•Individual Client Handling (Responsible for Client Relationship i.e. gathering requirements from clients, working on them & closing positions at the earliest)•dentifying the Client and candidate requirements and setting a perfect match.•Sourcing of candidates (database, referrals, and Job portals like Naukri, Monster, and Times job) as per the client requirements.•Scheduling of candidates for first and subsequent round of interviews, offer negotiations & post joining follow up’s.•Taking continuous feedback from the client and the candidate.•Acting as a mediator between the client and the candidate.•Handling the end-to-end recruitment of entry, middle and senior management position.•Follow up with the client and candidates subsequent to candidate joining the organization to ensure the satisfaction of both the candidate and the client.•Maintaining relationship with the client as well as with the internal recruiting team for the cost effective production.
