Responsible for creating, analyzing, and maintaining all Porsche parts pricing and maximizing Porsche margins; ensure parts pricing system and pricing level effectiveness. Develop, conduct, and distribute Sales and financial analysis. Provide analysis and recommendation for Long Range Sales & Pricing Strategies. Control PCNA's Parts Schedule Return Program by calculating accruals.Analyze current market conditions to identify and categorize areas weakness and strengths for parts promotions.Research, gather and analyze competitive Parts prices from Porsche dealers, independent repair facilities and the Field. Provide analysis to support Long Range Planning premises for All Parts categories as well as non-warranty and warranty sales. Designed an order sheet using SAP, Access, and Excel to provide a user friendly, accurate, and efficient special parts ordering process. Currently, this ordering and analyzing tool is used across North America.

Designed financial and vehicle forecasting reports using SQL, Access, and Excel to effectively reduce delayed shipments and budget shortages. These reports consistently saved 20% of the allotted budget, including eliminating delays of manuals for the first time since taking over the project. These reports continue to be used today as a efficient solution for forecasting and preventing shortages. I met with print vendors to facilitate cost saving initiatives in regards to printing and transportation of literature.Analyzed literature back orders to maximize efficiency between the suppliers and distributors which reduced financial impacts caused by (mis)allocation of parts.Analyzed product reports and market conditions to identify performance trends and seek to understand what influenced certain trends over others.
