I started and manage a Business Unit team of 43 people in charge of Extelia BPO & ITO Services Solutions since 2005. My business consists of helping my customers to diversify their activities and enter in new markets, based on the deployment of ICT. I’m deeply involved in innovations such as MVNOs, NFC and M2M solutions for area like automotive, home automation, industry, smart grid, PND, electronic banking devices, health.Companies now sell “services” more than products and I provide them ITO and BPO solutions to help them go to market. We give responses to those questions: how can I secure the recruitment and loyalty of my customer? How can I improve my customer care? how can I optimize my cash conversion? The offer I developed is a specific BSS suite with items such as CRM, billing, portalMobile services has a multi-sector marketing positioning and targets telecom, retail, media, transport, automotive, administration & utilities areas. I have a large network of decision-makers in each area that can be leveraged to develop business opportunities.HR recruiting and building a real team spirit is also one of my key skills. The whole “mobile services” team is composed by hiring people that I selected in telecom, retail and IT companies. My responsibilities also included service delivery and insuring a quick TTM with appropriate SLA.As an outsourcer, I developed a “risk sharing” business model with “pay as you grow“ tariffs. This enabled companies to start business quickly while saving on communication, marketing and distribution.Leading the new business trend at extelia needed a strong influencing skills with external prospects and internal board and middle management. With an annual growth to 25% to 38%, “Mobile Services” generates today more than 10 million euros annual turnover. I manage the P&L and have generated recurring profitability.
