David is the CEO of Opencell Software which develops and sells a Agile Monetization Platform. It provides an integrated solution for businesses that want to shift their business model from selling product to selling services that generate recurring revenues. Opencell has raised 3 million euros in funding from Xavier Niel (Kima Ventures), Eric Durand-Gasselin and Capinnov' Est and BPI France. An entrepreneur by nature, David founded the company in 2015. Prior to this, he managed Numen Business Solutions, the division in charge of providing vertical BPO solutions. He managed a multi-functional team including sales, marketing, business development and operations with offers focused on finance and insurance sectors. Before that, David spent 6 years managing a business unit specialized in IT and mobile services at Docapost (ex-Experian). He launched new technology businesses focused on new technologies (MVNO, M2M, NFC and contactless solutions, cloud…) delivering 25% to 38% annual growth on highly competitive market segments and achieved a high level of profitability. As a member of the executive committee, he managed a team of 43 people that covered strategy, marketing, sales and delivery.

The wholesale division launched a business unit called “private label” dedicated to VISP offer. The idea was to resell the B2C know how (network, mail box, personal web site, mixed telephony & DSL offer) to brands telecom service offers. In charge of the business development I had to promote and construct this solution while competing against France telecom, cable&wireless, colt telecom and Cegetel.
