Projects included but not limited to complete lobby remodels, Liquid Nitrogen tank upgrades and replacements, CO2 Booster pump installation, and several laboratory upgrades.Managed all aspects of hiring subcontractors for each projects specific needs. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Concrete, Flooring, Drywall, Painting, Etc. This began with reaching out for quotes, evaluating quality of work, managing safety throughout the projects, making daily change order decisions, and giving final approval of work.Worked closely with Pfizer management including their Project Manager, Safety Director, Facilities, Security, and Custodial services management throughout each project.
